The Fair Share Trust Programme was launched in June 2002 and targets areas throughout the UK that suffer considerable disadvantage and have previously recieved less than their fair share of National Lottery funding.
The Brent Fair Share Trust focuses on the Church End and Roundwood area of Brent. Local priorities consist of:

Residents' Opportunities: Provide and promote services, resources and support Which give residents opportunities for education, learning and training to increase motivation, confidence skills and employability.
- Children, Young people and Families: Provide ' out of school' opportunities for children and young people to gain new skills, discipline, divert from anti-social behaviour/crime. Provide holistic support to the family with education, learning and healthy living.
- Community Development: Provide resources and support for community development and social enterprise to increase the capacity of community groups working for the benefit of local residents. Enable the local people of Church End and Roundwood to make life better for all people of all ages who live there.
- Neighbourhood Pride: Promote a sense of neighbourhood pride and raise a positive profile of the neighbourhood through working in partnership with residents, local police and local stakeholders.
